Mindfulness-When going,he knows 'I am going';sitting 'I am sitting',lying 'I am lying down',or in whatever position his body is placed, he is aware of it.So he continue to observe the body in the body inwardly,externally or both inwardly & externally.He continues to observe growth-tenancies in the body,or decay-tenancies in the body,or both growth-tenancies & decay-tenancies in the body.But so is established in him the consciousness 'There is the body', at least enough for understanding & mindfulness.And he remain independent & does not cling to anything in the world.Whether he goes,stands or sits,sleeps or is silent, he is acting with full attention. | Investigation the True-It is the sharp analytical knowledge oF understanding the true nature of all constituent things, animate or inanimate,human or divine.It is seeing things as they are, seeing things in their proper persperctive.It isthe analysis of all component things into their fundamental elements,Right down to their ultimates.
